We work with registered and clinically trained coaches. That's not negotiable. Your qualifications need to be current, registered where applicable, and appropriate to the leadership level you'll be working with.
C-suite and senior leaders are discerning. They'll know within five minutes whether someone has operated at their level. You don't need to have been a CEO - but you need to understand what it means to operate at that level.
The leaders we work with bring complex, layered challenges. You need to be able to hold ambiguity, work without a clear script, and know when to shift between coaching and something more clinical.
